The homogeneity of the concrete allows us that the automatic machines, those for the manufacture of alveolar plates, joists, blocks, tubes, pavers, sleepers, etc. reduce damage, increase productivity due to fewer adjustments, higher quality due to its uniformity in color, texture, finish, etc. in the filling of molds by the settlement or workability index, with calculation procedures in the evaporation of water due to the effect of temperature. Facilitating the performance of each cubic meter of concrete manufactured and with maximum simplicity for the operator, more than 20 years of experience and new technologies have allowed us to develop the equipment: DA40-2:25m3/h-CM
The team's strategy is based mainly on these points, which we will detail within the margins of confidentiality that this type of document allows us:
- Compact equipment, assembled, tested and with calibration certificate.
- Accuracy in total water dosing higher +/- 0.2%, repeatability +/- 0.1%.
- Water speed according to dosing processes from 0.45m/s to 6.0m/s.
- Water volumes according to processes from approximately 0.5l/s to 7.0l/s.
- 600l water tank, to maintain NPSHr. (Net positive suction lift)
- Open loop vector control pump +/- 0.01% of the maximum frequency.
- Water pump, to mix by spray arm and flat jet on the mix at 25º.
